Getting Further Assistance with CCleaner Network

View CCleaner Network application logs:

  1. In the Management Console, select Tools, and then select Console Options.
  2. On the Debug tab, select View Management Console log or View Management Services logs.

Submit a diagnostic report to Technical Support:

  1. In the Management Console, select Tools, and then select Console Options.
  2. On the Debug tab, select Create diagnostic report.
  3. Select Submit to Piriform Support.
  4. Fill out the Diagnostic report form, and then select OK.
