Software Updater operates in a two-stage process. It scans your computer for available updates for software and helps resolve them.
1. Scans your PC for available updates:
Once Software Updater completes the scanning process, it puts software into either the Programs to Update or Up-to-date Programs tabs in the Tools > Software Updater part of the CCleaner app.
2. Updates all outdated software by default:
Software Updater finds out-of-date software, preselecting it to be updated by default. To change this, you can tick or untick the checkboxes next to the software's name.
Click Update (once you've selected the software you want to do this to) and CCleaner automatically retrieves and installs each update.
