Priority technical support is available to all our Partners by email.

After you are accepted as a Partner, we will email your login details and you can then submit support requests here

Alternatively, you can email us at where our support team will answer you or escalate your query within 2 hours (Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm EST).

Please note that our support system matches users by email address. If you wish to have multiple emails associated with your account, just send to us and we will enable this. Unfortunately, we cannot match by domain.
