If you do not have access to the internet, or if you are behind a proxy server, activation of your license key may fail. If this happens, we can activate your Network manually by sending you a custom license file.
Getting the machine ID
- Connect to the Management Service
- From the main menu, select Network > Registration
- Copy the Machine ID from the License information dialog
- Email the Machine ID and a confirmation of your installation location [Default: C:\Program Files\CCleaner Network\Management Server] to support@piriform.com
Manual activation
We will take your Machine ID and create a custom registration file (regkey.dat). All you need to do is save this file on the Management Server in
C:\Program Files\CCleaner Network\Management Server
Restart the service
The final step is to restart the service from within the Service Control Panel.
