When you buy one of our Professional products, you get 1 year of software updates and 1 year of priority email support.
At the end of the year, you can renew your license for another year of updates and support. If you choose not to renew your license, you can keep using the product but you won't receive updates with feature improvements and bug fixes, and you won't be able to benefit from priority support.
Note: We have recently started offering two and three-year plans in certain sales and promotions; these terms will be communicated to you on the order form that you make the purchase through, and the invoice received after the purchase is completed.
We now offer CCleaner Professional (for Windows) and the CCleaner Professional Plus bundle on a subscription plan; when purchased with a subscription plan, you will instead be automatically billed on the provided payment method shortly before the license expires (typically about two weeks before expiration, to allow for payment processing and time to correct any issues that may arise).
Your subscription plan may be managed from within the CCleaner software in the Options > About > License Information section, simply click “Manage Subscription”.
