We have announced the End of Life (EOL) for CCleaner Network Edition and CCleaner Network Professional.
Why did we make this decision?
This decision has been made as part of our ongoing product lifecycle management process to deliver new and updated products, which better suit our customers’ changing needs.
What does this mean for you?
If you're an existing CCleaner Network or CCleaner Network Professional customer, we sent you an email detailing the full information you need to know about this change. We also provide some information on this page. If you're not an existing customer of these products, you'll no longer be able to buy them from Jan 20, 2021.
What are your options as a current customer?
1. Switch to another product, free-of-charge:
You can choose to switch to another product, free-of-charge for the remainder of your active license agreement. These other products include CCleaner Cloud, which delivers our most powerful cleaning solution yet, and CCleaner Business Edition, promising the same award-winning cleaning power as CCleaner Network. We are committed to delivering a smooth transition to the product of your choice.
2. Do nothing and keep using CCleaner Network:
Please note this means we stop providing you with support for your CCleaner Network product from December 31, 2021, or until the end of your current license agreement with us. This applies to both CCleaner Network Edition or CCleaner Network Professional.
