Why did I receive an error message telling me that Kamo is running?

This error message can appear on Windows PCs when a program is not closed correctly and is running in the background. To resolve this issue:

  • Double-click the ‘Kamo’ icon on your desktop to open the application
  • Close Kamo by clicking the ‘X’ icon in the top-right corner of the user interface
  • If the issue is not resolved, restart your PC
