Going to the Options > About part of the CCleaner app lets you see when your license expires and allows you to verify your license details (helpful if you ever need to reinstall Windows).
The license information you see there depends on whether you have a subscription plan for CCleaner Professional or not. See what this screen looks like by viewing the screenshots further below.
If you want, you can also find out more about CCleaner subscriptions.
What if your CCleaner license does not have a subscription plan:
You see a prompt like what's shown in the screenshot below. This shows your current license expiration date and if it's a Professional or Bundle-type license (for home use). You can also see the specific name associated with the license and the license key.
What if your CCleaner license has a subscription plan:
Like above, the same part of the CCleaner app shows the same information. In this case, it also confirms whether you have Auto Extension enabled (see the screenshot below).
If Auto Extension is enabled, you permit us to do two things:
- Renew your subscription automatically
- Charge you for your renewed subscription (also automatically)
Note: We give you 30 days' notice before we charge you for a subscription renewal.
You can also use the About screen to manage your subscription by clicking the Manage Subscription button (see the screenshot below). This takes you to an online portal where you can do what the button describes.
