Paid versions of CCleaner for Windows allows you to view your licensing details, easily allowing you to see when your license will expire, as well as allowing you to verify the licensing details in use (for instance, in preparation for a reinstall of Windows).
When your license of CCleaner does not have an associated subscription plan, you will see a prompt similar to the above. This prompt will show the expiration date of the current license, as well as showing if it is a home (Professional, Bundle) or business (Business) license, along with the specific name and license key in use.
Meanwhile, licenses that do have an associated subscription plan will show a prompt similar to the one above. This will show all of the same information, but confirm that auto-extension is enabled and allow you to manage your subscription.
You can find out more about managing your subscription in this article.
