We replaced Easy Clean with Health Check. This is why you can't see Easy Clean in your version of CCleaner for Windows (if you have version v.64 and above) but can still see Custom Clean.
Health Check cleans your PC like Easy Clean but has more functionality to help your computer get better all-around maintenance.
Health Check is a default home screen in CCleaner:
Health Check is part of the CCleaner app's default home screen unless you set Custom Clean as your home screen. You have the option to do either and can easily toggle this in Options > Settings.
