The Endpoint Agent will only be visible in the Add and Remove Programs or Programs and Features list for the user account used to carry out the installation. For example:
If the Endpoint Agent is deployed via the CCleaner Network Management Console using the user account 'Admin', logging on to the Endpoint as user account 'John' and attempting to uninstall the Endpoint Agent will not be possible. The Endpoint Agent will not be listed in Add and Remove Programs or Programs and Features.
To uninstall the Endpoint Agent and for it to be displayed in the Add and Remove Programs or Programs and Features list the Endpoint must be logged in as the user account 'Admin'.
