If you are behind a proxy server, you may experience some issues with activating your license, or with downloading updates.
If this is the case, then you will need to configure the proxy servers for the Management Service and the Management Console.
Configuring the proxy for CCleaner Network
- Select the service in the network tree
- Select Network > Options and click on the the Connection tab
- Check Manual proxy configuration and enter the settings for your proxy
