The process varies between different browsers, and instructions for several common browsers are listed below.
If you see an error message after download that that says "The app you're trying to install isn't a verified app from the Store" or "You can only install apps from Microsoft Store" there is a solution here to fix Windows Store issues with Defraggler installation.

Internet Explorer:
Step 1 - Download the installer
Click on http://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler/download/standard and confirm that you want to download the file by clicking on Download File.
Step 2 - Run the installer
After the download has finished, click Run to start installing Defraggler
Step 3 - Follow the instructions
Just follow the instructions to complete your Defraggler install.
And that's it, you're all done!
Chromium-based Browsers:
Google Chrome / Edge Chromium / Brave / CCleaner Browser
Step 1 - Download the installer
Click on http://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler/download/standard and the file should start to download automatically. You will see a confirmation the file is downloading along the bottom of the browser window.
Step 2 - Run the installer
Once the file has finished downloading, click the download labelled with the installer filename (as shown below). Then, all you need to do is follow the on screen instructions to complete installation.
Mozilla Firefox:
Step 1 - Download the installer
Click on http://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler/download/standard and the file should start to download automatically. A popup will be displayed that gives you the option to 'Save File' or 'Cancel' - click, 'Save File'.
Step 2 - Run the installer
Once the file has finished downloading, click the Firefox download button (top right corner of browser), and click the file to start installation. Then, just follow the on screen instructions to complete installation of Defraggler.
Opera:
Step 1 - Download the installer
Click on http://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler/download/standard, then click the 'Save' button in the download window.
Step 2 - Run the installer
The download list should open automatically, allowing you to double-click on the 'dfsetup###.exe' file.
